Despite feeling like death warmed over (still)… I had two pork medallions in the fridge that had to be eaten today, so i dragged my sorry sniffling stuffed up backside to the kitchen… and cooked.

see what i mean? (and it tastes even better than it looks!). Its a variation of this recipe: slightly different veg, a few additions (hey, this is me) – honey, a little more soy and oyster sauce, but otherwise, very similar. and absolutely gorgeous.

now go cook. shoo. g’awn! g’awn g’awn g’awn!!!
