Conclusions:

A swede/potato (i think it was about 2/3 swede) mash doesn’t seem to spike me, although there was quite a lot of fat in there, as beef is not exactly a low fat meat! good to know, though.

21:30 – Dinner: Duck Noodle soup, asian style chilli soup with lots of vegetables, duck and noodles.
