Conclusions:

Noodles don’t seem to spike me, nor does toast with plenty of fat and protein as an inhibitor. Need to work on lowering my FBG though.

21:30 – Dinner: Hot and spicy soup, asian style chilli soup with lots of vegetables, prawns and noodles.
